Deposit - A deposit is required to secure your move and must be received by COB the day you make the booking, using your surname and suburb as the reference details.
Cancellation - You will receive a confirmation text / email / phone call prior to the move. If you cancel within 48 hours of your move your deposit will be forfeited.
Packing - It is the customers responsibility to pack all items into moving cartons prior to Vella Van arriving. If items are not packed on arrival and therefore a delay occurs you will be charged $50 per hour per man calculated in 15 minute increments. No items are to be left in any cabinetry, fridges, washing machines or dryers. If any additional items are to be moved and haven't been quoted for prior additional charges will be payable and must be approved before items are moved. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that no articles to be moved are left behind.
House Settlement – If settlement is applicable Vella Van must be advised of the settlement date and time. If settlement is delayed there is a 1 hour grace period after which time you will be charged $50 per hour per man calculated in 15 minute increments. If settlement does not proceed on the day this will be discussed as additional storage and delivery fees will be charged.
Transit insurance - Is included in the price but does not include scratch / damage insurance. This can be obtained by using the below link CARTS Removals Insurance Quote or contacting Carts insurance on 1300880253.

Garden Pots – Vella Van's insurance policy does not include pots, plants or chimineas. As such Vella Van takes no responsibility for any damages or breakages to these items, further no responsibility for water damage to any item caused by water from pot plants.
